Bring the whole family up to Brooklyn Grange’s rooftop farm in Sunset Park monthly on Sundays from 10:00am - 3:00pm!
We’ll have compost, wiggly worms, and empty bee hives for young people (and parents) to investigate! While you’re there, learn about our farm workshops for schools and nonprofits.
Find us in Sunset Park at Brooklyn Grange Rooftop Farm, located above the shopping center at 850 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11232. Enter under the “Liberty Bklyn” sign and take the elevators to your left up to the roof.

Family Farm Days are hosted in Sunset Park at the Brooklyn Grange Rooftop Farm, located above the shopping center at 850 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11232.
Trains: DNR (36th street) / R (25th street)
Bus: B37
Parking: Free parking in mall during the day. The parking lot closes after 8pm so, if you’re attending a late night event, do not park in the front lot. Kindly opt for street parking and meter parking along 3rd under the BQE, as well as an Industry City parking lot on 2nd Ave (between 31st and 32nd st) called “Lot B” (day rate).
