City Growers’ Summer in the Soil Urban Agriculture Camps combine greening & growing, cooking, green arts, S.T.E.A.M. and youth development activities for a summer of exploration and growth! From roots to fruits, campers examine where their food comes from and why it matters.
In 2017, Summer in the Soil will be held at the following 4 sites:

8-9am Early Bird Arrival: Boardgames, cards, classroom greening maintenance
 9-9:30am All Camp Arrival
 9:30-10am Morning Meeting: Community Building Games!
10-11:15am Cooking
11:15-11:45am Free Time
11:45-12:15 Lunch
12:15-1:15 Greening and Growing Outdoors
1:15-2:15 Park & Sprinklers
2:15-2:30 Return to site
2:30 – 2:40 Closing Circle Reflection
2:45 Pick up
3-6pm After Care Activities
